Hello, I’m Sobby Onion.
Sometimes, words roll around inside my heart again and again —
but when I try to speak, they come out as: “I’m fine. I’m okay.”
Because I’m scared…
Scared that my emotions are too much, too deep, and might overwhelm you.
But honestly,
I want to learn — how to stop bottling up my sadness,
and start finding my voice.
💜 1. Start with “I feel…” instead of “You always…”
I’m not here to blame anyone —
I just want to share how I feel.
For example:
✘ “You always ignore me!”
✅ “I feel a bit unseen, and that really hurts.”
✅ When I speak from my experience, it’s easier for others to truly hear me.
💜 2. Use creativity — like art or music — when words are too hard
Sometimes I write in a journal, draw a picture, or listen to a song —
and suddenly, it feels like something inside found a way out.
I don’t need to explain it perfectly —
I just need a way that feels like me.
✅ Sadness doesn’t always need words —
sometimes, art is the truest language.
💜 3. Use metaphors to describe how I feel
I can say things like:
“I feel like a wilted plant… just waiting for someone to water me.”
“There’s a rainstorm in my heart — I just need somewhere to let it fall.”
✅ Metaphors help me express emotions —
in ways that hurt less, but still feel real.
💜 Sobby Onion Quotes
“Expression isn’t about finding answers — it’s about feeling lighter.”
“Tears that are spoken aloud… can finally be caught by someone else.”
“I don’t have to hold it all in — I can find my own way to speak.”
I’m Sobby Onion.
It’s hard for me to talk about emotions — but I’m willing to try.
If you’re willing to listen, I’ll slowly start turning every tear into a true piece of my heart. 💜
