If I were Kiwi Kaleido 🥝🟢…How would I release this emotion? 🌟

Hello~ I'm Kiwi Kaleido!

Every time I discover something new, it feels like I’ve opened a treasure chest of surprises—my whole body buzzes with excitement!

But sometimes, with too much stimulation and too many things I want to try and do, I end up feeling overwhelmed, my heart races, and my brain spins like it’s about to explode.

So I’m learning—how to gently release this emotion of "delight + overstimulation" without exhausting myself.

🟢 1. Pause, take a deep breath, and let joy sink into my heart

When I’m super excited and ready to act immediately,

I can remind myself to:

  • Inhale (count 4 seconds)
  • Hold (count 2 seconds)
  • Exhale (count 6 seconds)

And while exhaling, tell myself:

“This happiness—I can store it slowly. I don’t have to use it all at once.”

✅ Excitement doesn’t always have to explode. It can become a slow, flowing energy.

🟢 2. Use physical movement to release built-up energy

If I’m too excited to sit still, I can try:

  • Running a few laps
  • Jumping up and down
  • Doing a few squats
  • Stretching a bit

✅ Give my body an outlet—so the energy doesn’t stay stuck in my mind.

🟢 3. Write down my discoveries instead of acting on all of them right away

When too many ideas rush in at once, I can:

Open a “Kiwi Adventure Notebook”

Quickly jot down: “Things I want to try / Questions I want to ask”

Then choose one I want to do most

✅ Writing them down helps me realize: I don’t need to do everything now—later is okay too.

🟢 4. Find someone to share with and lighten the joy

I don’t have to handle all this excitement on my own—

I can tell a friend or family member:

“I made so many new discoveries today—can I share one or two with you?”

✅ Spreading joy makes it feel lighter inside.

🟢 5. Give myself a “little resting stop”

After a burst of excitement,

I can give myself 10 quiet minutes to sit still,

listen to soft music, look out the window, or chew on the joys of the day.

✅ Surprises need time to digest. There are still so many days ahead for discovery.

🟢 Kiwi Kaleido Quotes:

“I can be excited, but I don’t have to explode every time. I can choose to treasure each joy slowly.”

“Releasing energy isn’t about suppressing myself—it’s so I can go even further.”

“Every pause is a better launchpad for the next adventure.”

I’m Kiwi Kaleido,

I’m not afraid of being full of wonder,

and now I’ve learned to release it gently—staying curious while embracing the world with kindness. 🥝🟢💛
